I would say definitely yes to exec, vfork and wait4. Adding wait and wait3 isn't a huge priority, but it's worth putting them in there to round out the list of functions available. IMHO, if you are going for a one to one relationship between the system functions and the pcntl library, I wouldn't combine those together into something like wait_rusage(). Someone using the pcntl functions will just know that wait3 or wait4 will do exactly what they expect it to do without having to do much more than brush up on a manpage.
