Bug description: Invalid link at XML parser functions
Right at the top of "LXXXVIII. XML parser functions" there is mentioned
"A source RPM package of expat can be found at
http://www.guardian.no/~ssb/phpxml.html."
but this url isn't valid anymore (gives 404)
