Bug description: Date function T - Timezone causes Apache to Crash

MySQL 3.23.22-beta
Apache 1.3.14
PCRE 3.1 09-Feb-2000
Crashes Apache occasionally about every 10 hits or so. I have duplicated
this problem in Windows ME as well.
