dbase replace function

I've only been on the php list for a little while, so if this is the wrong way to do things, please forgive. I've been working with the dbase function and couldn't find a record update/replace call. I've attached a patch to the feature/dbase.c to add dbase_replace_record() to allow for record replacement in a dbase dbf file. Greg
