Is there a reason that CG(extended_info) is set to 0 _after_ extension startup? If I have a
zend_extension that needs to use the fcall_[begin|end]_handler hooks, I have to run the php -e (i.e.
I can't set CG(extened_info) =1 in my extension startup). Why is this not ommitted and left to
be set to 0 when engine initialization is performed (as it is under mod_php4, where the
aforementioned trick works fine)?
