Obviously I've got too much time on my hands ... ;)
Just noticed the following "bug": date('z') is supposed to return
the day of the year. The docs say 1-366, but the function
actually returns 0-365. i.e.
echo date('z', mktime(0,0,0,1,4,1999));
returns "3", not "4" as expected.
Do we change the docs, or the function?
