Bug description: php4dll: TSRM_API not defined
<Using Visual Studio 7.0 build 9254 (VS.NET Beta 2)>
Build of "php4dll.dsp" fails after several source file compiles halt when
TSRM_API is undefined. Adding ZTS to the list of preprocessor defines
allows compile to proceed normally.
