Error-messages contain <br> instead of <br />. <br /> should be used for
XHTML-compatibility.
Fix: line 421 of main.c in php4/main:
"<br>\n<b>%s</b>: %s in
<b>%s</b> on line <b>%d</b><br>\n"
should be
"<br />\n<b>%s</b>: %s in
<b>%s</b> on line <b>%d</b><br />\n"
