This extension has sprung up from an idea someone mentioned on this list
which concerned an ability to hook into object's property access and
method calls from user-space. I did the initial hack in a couple of
hours as a proof of concept and been tinkering with it on and off since
then. I think it's at a point right now where it can benefit from some
feedback, so download it at the following URL and play with it.

For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, this extension
lets classes handle their property access indirectly, via method calls.
Each read and write to an object property will generate a call to an
appropriately name __get() or __set() method of the object which can
then do whatever it wishes with the information passed to it. See
included README file for an example.
It's still very much under development and I also want to know where the
best place for it is: core, PEAR, or somewhere else? The functionality
it provides touches core pretty closely.
