Yeah, let us break the build. This is my very first PHP3 module
and it is neither complete nor extensively tested. It works on
Solaris 2.5.1 and Linux 2.2 (Suse 6.1). I have not dl() tested
it nor did I try mod_php.
Adds functions posix_*(). Documentation is still missing.
