Bug description:  VARIANT module_entry not correctly defined

In 4.1.0RC1 the Variant module entry does not have the
STANDARD_MODULE_HEADER tag.  Without it any PHP build crashes, with it
added all is good.  This is ext/com/variant.c line 62.
