I tried fopen as folow:

151 $abre = fopen(ftp://usr:pswd@ftp.kompatscher.com.br/csn.txt", "w");
176 fwrite($abre,$linha.CHR(13).CHR(10));
178 fclose($abre);
And this erros ocuurs
