This is a major hassle. Running without mod_perl is not an option (as is
running without PHP). But this means that I have to redo the Apache
config from the Apache side. I normally use mod_perl's Makefile.PL
to do the work for me.
You have no clue what is wrong, don't you? I will see if I can find
the time to do the Apache config from scratch.
