True, but then so could almost any PHP function. ;)
I figured it could be a very common calculation that many people would find
handy, so that's why I submitted it.

Well, there seem to only be three kinds of holidays:
- fixed date (i.e. Christmas, Hallowe'en, etc.)
- fixed relative to the month (Labor Day, Memorial Day, etc.)
- variable (i.e. Easter)
AFAIK, there aren't many variable holidays ... and most of those that are
(at least in the western world) are based on the date of Easter.
But, like I've said, I don't care if these functions end up on the
cutting room floor when 3.0.10 is out. At least now you have the code
to redo them in PHP!
