PHP Bug Type: Filesystem function related
Bug description: flock not working
flock($fp,2); alwas return false using windows 98. Here a little
testcase:
$fp=fopen ('myfile.txt','a');
if ( $fp != 0 && flock($fp, 2) ){
fwrite($fp, $mydatas);
} else {
echo 'error';
}
fclose($fp);
