Good question. I was actually thinking that there should be own
NEWS file for each extension as we're going towards separating
them anyways. And also these NEWS files should be a little bit
better organized into changes/fixes/additions/removals than it
is now.

It's kinda hard to find out what new things there are in e.g. 4.1.0
Or what was fixed. Or broken. :)
