The next source tarball will contain a pre-generated HTML version
of the docs, and I will make sure that the change is noted in the
ChangeLog and the release announcement. The only part of the docs
that is not up to date now on the website is the PDF version, and
they will soon be automatically kept up to date.
I will also add a "distribution" of the SGML source for people that
may want to build their own without having to check the docs out
of CVS.

There is already, using the <note></note> construct. People just
have to use it. I'll look at adding an entity or something that
makes this easier.
