PHPDOC member having permissions related problems

I'm not sure where to send this exactly, as if I recall Egon doesn't have enough karma to check / add / change the CVS users for PHPDOC, so I'm sending this to PHP-DEV also. I have a new member on the translation team of the manual for brazilian portuguese (pt_BR) and he is having problems committing changes back to the CVS repository. Below is the information he provided me: User: andre_ae Problem: [server aborted]: "commit" requires write acess to the repository Directory: phpdoc/pt_BR Probaly: Karma At first I thought this was probably some mistake he did by checking out the phpdoc module using the anonymous user and then trying to commit the changes, but he said he tried with his own username ('andre_ae'). Can someone please take a look on his permissions / karma to the phpdoc module ?
