Yes, it was just an idea. Someone mentioned it on the list some
time ago and since there will be more RH 6 users over time, we
might as well be pro-active. They get faster answers from the
list while the list traffic is reduced.

Any AI students on this list? Would be a nice idea for a
thesis... :-)
The company a friend is doing consulting for introduced a new
support system. This let's the user only "talk" to email robots
unless the questioner reads through their FAQ where the real
email address is listed. Now, their support department is still
overloaded (they are the people selling .de domains + webspace +
email accounts for as little as DM 0.69/month (~40 US cents))
