Strictly speaking, one Postscript unit(?)/(definitely not point) in the
coordinate system has no length in itself, just a value, until it is
mapped to an output device.
Or, it seems, I'm maybe using terms a little bit strange way. By
'length' I mean something that can be measured, exactly, by pixels, and
by 'value', anything in that abstract Postcript space that finally gets
mapped to device space.
I guess I'm a little confused even myself what certain terms mean, but
what I'm trying to say is 'One inch are 72 Postscript points' is not
exactly true, although in reality and the modules supposed use, it
probably is not going to harm anyone. In fact, less than making a
distiction between those things.
