PHP version: 4.0.4pl1
PHP Bug Type: Performance problem
Bug description: Apache occasionally stops serving http request temporarily
On SuSE Linux 7.2 Apache occasionally stops serving http request for some
time, then continues normal operation.
Doesn't happen without PHP4 being used.
Hard to reproduce.
