Bug description: ./configure --help is erreonous
./configure --help | grep gd
--with-gdbm[=DIR] Include GDBM support
--with-gd[=DIR] Include GD support (DIR is GD's install dir).
--enable-gd-native-ttf GD: Enable TrueType string function in gd
./configure will not enable truetype fonts support in gd when using
--enable-gd-native-ttf
It will work with : --enable-gd-native-tt
--
