ok, a __destroy method implies that the method is bound to the object, but i was thinking of a
static method that gets the session information for the object and can obtain the instance with this
information and release it. __wakeup would be out of context too, so i have the same issue but this
can be handled, thats not the problem.

this would indeed be a problem, but do you think this would be a reason not to implement
functionality ?
