OS/390 port

(Note: I'm compiling this first on my Linux system to get a baseline) Hmmm... lemme see here... bison 1.25 -> check... flex 2.5.4 -> check... now updating CVS. I notice that ext/dl.h has been removed. Probably no matter. Preconfiguring, configuring, no problems so far, but I've been here before. Try to make. What??!! "ext/dl.h missing". Okay, take out the include directive from the following files: ./ext/ldap/ldap.c ./main/configuration-parser.y ./main/internal_functions.c ./main/main.c ./main/configuration-parser.c Also remove "Dynamic extension loading" from php3_builtin_modules[] in /main/internal_functions.c (believing that this was defined in dl.h) Hallelujah! A successful build! But wait -- where's the @#!#@ php binary? Oh, there it is, in sapi/. Seems like a strange place for it, but no matter. Try the tests anyway. Of course, the tests don't expect to find it in sapi/. Move it and try again. Much better. Hmm... doesn't seem to do POST and GET properly, but everything else passes.
