Found it. It should be in MINIT :)

I blindly copy MINIT lines from mm module and it just didn't work. I enabled mm module with fresh CVS source, it still doesn't work. Something wrong in session module... It seems php_session_register_module() register module, but by the time _php_find_ps_module() is called, entry is gone. -- Yasuo Ohgaki
