Bug description:  Error when compiling.

./ext/mailparse/mailparse.c has a error at line 191
making the compiling stop.

Error Message: Error before ','...

The code at that line:
zend_error(E_WARNING, "%s(): unable to open temp file",
get_active_function_name(TSRMLS_CC));

Commented it out to make the compiling finnish.. Seems to work fine without
it so far..
