uuuh ist this valid? I've never seen that before. I think it should
read:
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<META HTTP-EQUIV="REFRESH" CONTENT="0; URL=http://www.mywebsite.com/junk.zip">
</HEAD>
and doesn't belong into the HTTP header.
