could you please send us a test-case that shows the wrong behaviour?
my script:
<?
var_dump($argv[1]);
$data = serialize($argv[1]);
var_dump($data);
$new = unserialize($data);
var_dump($new);
?>
./php ../test/serialize.php3 '"test"'
output:
Content-type: text/html
string(6) ""test""
string(13) "s:6:""test"";"
string(6) ""test""
seems allright to me.
