php segfault with the following code :
$stmt = OCIParse($conn,"select myclob from I18N");
OCIExecute($stmt);
OCIFetchStatement($stmt,$results);
when myclob contains at least one row with one or two characters. work fine when clob length = 0 or
>= 3.
oracle and php use utf-8.
php : 4.1.0 and 4.0.6 on linux x86
oracle : 8.1.7.2 on sparc64
