I have discovered that maybe is a bind install bug : during make install,
it does not
copy cdefs.h into /usr/include/sys/cdefs.h, so it rimains the original ibm
one.
Ibm cdefs.h does not call bitypes.h ....
After copying manually the new cdefs.h in /usr/include/sys, php compiles
well
