PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: PHP fails to complie becuase of libphp4.a error
This fails to complie because in the apache/src/modules/php4
libphp4.a is named incorrectly. It is named libmodphp4.a
If you change the name it will finish the compile.
