The question is more "when ?" instead of "Why ?", "when" included a
real extension and fully documented.
Include extensions in an experimental/dev way without any informations except the source is an error
(Notes ext by ex.). SOAP will perhaps be a wide used std and may have a good place in php ext, but
not at any price.
I completly agree with a post from the QA (2002 wishes :) ).
