PHP Bug Type: Reproduceable crash
Bug description: PHP-3.0.10-Win32 crashes on start
Running the Win32 version of PHP3 v3.0.10 (full release, not CVS), the program (php.exe) crashes
immediately, with the message:
Error Starting Program
The PHP.EXE file is
linked to missing export KERNEL32.DLL:GetDiskFreeSpaceExA.
This dialog box is followed by:
c:\php3\php.exe
A device attached to the system is not functioning.
