The Makefile has been libtoolized, to allow correct building of libgd.so.

A copy of libtool version 1.4.x, has been placed in the directory.

This is stripped down without jpeg, but that doesn't make a difference.


gd version: 2.0.1, using custom Makefile (will send it seperately to the
php-dev list).
