I don't think we want to include a php3_oracle80.dll, since that
means we'll have to keep building it.
We can look at upgrading the IMAP stuff in a later release. (Is
there any reason to keep bumping the version number? I assumed that
imap4r1 referred to the fact that it implemented the IMAP4rev1
standard, not any particular release of the c-client libraries.)
