Anyone have any idea what could be the cause of
this segfault?

It happens only when load is high. Once it start
segfaulting, there are many of them.
PHP is current CVS running under
Linux 2.4.4/glibc 2.2.2.
Apache 1.3.22.
Thanks a lot.
