regex conflict errors with 3.0.11

I just tried compiling 3.0.11 and I got conflicting regex.h files. It was
pulling the Apache one and the system one.
I fixed this by editing php.h and commenting out line 167:
#else
//#include <regex.h>
#endif
Then it compiled no problem. Just in case someone is asking.
