PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: Compile Error in file gd.c
If i compiled php with gd.
There was an error while compiling gd.c:
gd.c:92: conflicting types for `gdIOCtx'
/usr/local/include/gd_io.h:18: previous declaration of `gdIOCtx'
It works, if I've uncomment the line 92 in gd.c.
I compiled previously gd 1.8.4
