Bug description: browser.ini
Hi!
I did dl, the browsercap.ini from the web, and includede the i php.ini but
on the infomation page made with phpinfo();
It stills say: browscap no value no value.
And get browser reports:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0; T312461; Q312461)

What is wrong? it that a bug in 4.1.1
