Bug description: xmlSubstituteEntitiesDefault(1) to domxml_xslt_process
Please add a line
xmlSubstituteEntitiesDefault(1);
to *domxml_xslt_process*
to avoid warnings about , ©, etc...
or make this call if when special boolean parameter passed as true to this
function.
