PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure
Bug description: type mismatch of php_dl when #ifndef HAVE_LIBDL
If the symbol HAVE_LIBDL is not defined the implementation in dl.c and the
prototype of php_dl in dl.h do not match.
In dl.c the "TSRMLS_DC" is missing.
