PHP Bug Type: Compile Warning
Bug description: Configure warning with bison 1.25.90
PHP3's configure script gives a warning about integer comparison when faced with a bison that
has a patch level after the version number.
With bison 1.25.90 (which, for the record, is not < 1.25)
./configure: test: 25.90: integer expression expected
test -lt doesn't like decimals.
