Bug description: When the 'message' size is over 3991 bits, mail function fail.
When the message size is over 3991 bits, there is an error msg : "PHP
Warning: Failed to Send in e:\phplib\include\mime\mime.class on line 286",
and when i cut down the message, then it sent mail success.
