Since Andi said that in Zend Engine 2.

Looks like most people does not care about this issue, then case
sensitive
function/class/constants for PHP5, IMO. 

So fat, it seems subscribers are nice people who don't cheat :)

As I said before: Voting is of nu use anyway, so why vote? It won't be
changed although some people would like it.
