I have a question about TSRM and global variables.
if i have global memory this memory is only available to
each thread? is that correct?
if yes then how do i make thread saftey global memory accross
all threads?
I am trying to load something into memory for the first time
anyone access the page.. then keep it around for all following
users to use...
