sure it does. the 'bug' reporter had a bogus date format.

'nS' means 'month'.'daysuffix'.
(so on february 10, you would get '2th'.)
they really wanted 'jS'.
the documentation wasn't clear that 'S' pertained to the
day of the month. i've checked in a clarification.
