Someone please make this happen in the FE.
force by ref for the follwing:
xmlrpc_decode_request -> second argument
xmlrpc_set_type -> first argument
as e.g. xmlrpc_decode_request($xml_request, &$method) will give you
an annoying warning.
ehhh, and surely remove the "if (!ParameterPassedByReference" parts
:-)
