Copy over an existing extension (e.g ext/sockets if you want to write an extension which doesn't depend on some proprietary libraries), remove all occurences of sockets and such in the windows makefiles and match to the name of your extension. The same for the defines and ifdefs in the source code. There is yet no ext_skel script which procudes a MSVC compliant Makefile.
