Erm, why did you change this? It's suppoed to work with php.ini-recommended. Please revert.

You know we can do ./php -c your_php.ini run-tests.php Besides, tests scripts are not compatible with all php.ini setting. (I'm not saying it does not have to work with other php.ini settings) I've already posted FRC for README.TESTING for those who don't know about it yet.
