Bug description: Unknown response from Server when connecting to a postrgreSQL-Server
When connecting to a postgresql server netscape reports "document contains no data", msie
reports "unknown response from server". appears with php-3.0.11 with pg 6.4.2 and pg 6.3.2
The same script worked and works with php-3.0.7
